Laaker Weg, Selfkant
Small friendly restaurant with a very varied menu. Very low prices
Food is excellent, and not expensive at all. With four people plus minus € 65 with drinks. Price quality ratio, very good. Staff and service, fine All in all Pleasant evening to eat out👍👍
good food
Nice and good service
Had to wait super long for our food because a large order came in between had to wait a long time before the table was cleared. All in all bad service don't eat here anymore .... The chairs are annoying and it is not cozy. And the music is sleepy.
Delicious and cheap food
Cozy pubs, tasty, hearty food.
Good food atmosphere inside was less
I have also only had good experiences here. The staff and the owners are always very friendly. The food always tastes good. We come here regularly
Very delicious food that is very reasonably priced. The owner prepares a well-received reception. There you will find a very nice and reliable staff.
Mega delicious. Price performance is very reasonable. I personally go there frequently and recommend schnitzel, steak and grilled gyros. I recommend it to everyone in the district of Heinsberg feeling hungry.
Very good as always
Great restaurant. Good hosts. Very tasty. Service above 5 stars. This is the best restaurant in the surf.
Simple, good card, which is also very affordable
Today we went to visit Pfeffer und Salz in Selfkant, and I ordered a tortellini with spinach (because I'm a vegetarian). We had to wait for around 45 minutes, which was fairly long. After we got our meals, I quickly noticed that they filled the tortellini with ground pork. We all make mistakes, so I went to the hostess to tell her that I ordered the tortellini with spinach. She took my plate, and said that they would make a new one. Ten minutes later (my family had already finished eating), the hostess came back to my table and told me that they were out of spinach tortellini, and I had to order something else. Looking back at it, I think they just gave me the pork tortellini, and hoped that I wouldn't notice. Anyway, I finally ended up ordering a pizza fungi. The pizza was brought 20 minutes later and with it finally came an apology, the first one since the misery started. The pizza had canned mushrooms on it (who uses canned mushrooms?), and it tasted saltier than the saltiest fries I've ever had (which was partially due to the canned mushrooms. Overall it was the most unpleasant diner experience I've ever had. There were some redeeming things, the food was relatively cheap and the salad (which was part of another dish) was very tasty. However I still rate it 2/10.
Great tasty food and lots of choice. Ample places to sit for just a little parking
Good food for a good price! The dish in the photo is a schnitzel with Hollandaise sauce and asparagus / ham roll .... hmmmm. The salads that you get with most dishes are also delicious
Just across the German border from Koningsbosch (Limburg). You can eat well here for real German prices. The service was very good and the waiting time of 20 minutes, which is also mentioned on the menu, is absolutely correct. Well worth recommending.
Very friendly people and service. And good food, value for money very good.
Tasty and cheap! Is always packed with Dutch people who (probably) think the same about it.
I ate two dishes with pepper and salt. The hamburger and the hamburger schnitzel. I think weird describes this store best. The prices are more or less average, for the Jägerschnitzel I paid 7.90 € and for the Coke to 2.00 €. The hamburger schnitzel tasted very old and bitter, and the hamburger tasted as if a small child had diced this together. Unfortunately, I could not make any positive experiences.
One of the worst restaurant experiences we ever had. We had to wait some time before ordering, even though there was only one other table taken. Then the waiter succeeded in bringing our drinks to that one other table. As the owners are turkish, I went for the turkish food as I like turkish food. The dish was put in front of us as if the waiter was feeding his dog. The food was absolutely tasteless, dry and burned. As if they had never cooked turkish food and didn't have any spices in the kitchen. My wife had some sea-food, which she described as "reasonable". But she didn't like the salad as it was drowning in some kind of salad sauce. The music was provided by a pop-tv station and was very very loud. There was no ambience in the restaurant. The price would have been good, if the food had been good. But the dish I got was not worth a single euro-cent. This is the first restaurant we visited where my wife didn't want to have any afters. She just wanted to leave........
